Stephan Eduard Freudl, Dipl-Kfm, MiF
Stephan has extensive experience in investment banking and worked previously for Deutsche Bank in London, Vienna and Frankfurt. During the past three years in the London office, Stephan was responsible for Austrian and Eastern European banks and insurances. Before that, Stephan advised large Austrian and German companies in Vienna and for three years in Frankfurt. In each team Stephan was significantly involved in M&A and Capital Markets transactions. Stephan holds a Diplom-Kaufmann from the European Business School (major in Finance) and a Master in Finance from EAE in Barcelona. He is fluent in German, English and Spanish.
Sharon Alaev, BSc
Sharon has several years of experience in the financial industry. He worked in investment banking at Nomura (formerly Lehman Brothers) in London within the Mergers & Acquisitions team as well as the Acquisitions & Leveraged Finance team. Sharon mainly advised large corporations in the Consumer Retail sector. Before that, Sharon worked as a credit analyst for Serone Capital Management, a Hedge Fund in London in the area of Credit Default Analysis as well as for Raiffeisen Centro Bank in Vienna. Sharon holds a BSc from Cass Business School (major in Banking and International Finance). He is fluent in German, English and French.
